The behavioural therapy app courses are designed to provide users the fundamentals of antidepressant habits.


The different courses support users with strategies to cope with depression across a range of topics, such as how to sleep, eat, think, and exercise to help reduce depression. The courses offer information on why these strategies work and how users can begin to implement or strengthen them in their daily routines. All courses are optional.
