The optimal timing for stimulation can differ from person to person. Most users who stimulate do not feel an immediate difference in energy levels; however, some users have reported feeling energised after a stimulation, whereas others have reported feeling sleepy. We suggest identifying a time that suits you best and promotes adherence to your schedule.
During the Activation Phase, you will complete 5 stimulations per week. During the Strengthening Phase, you will complete 2. You can distribute these stimulations within these periods to suit your preferences.
To enhance your commitment to the treatment schedule, we advise scheduling your stimulations at approximately the same time each day.
