How do I change my refill pad delivery shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in your Flow shop account.

1. Sign into your Flow shop account using your email and password
2. Click the ‘Addresses’ tab located on the left-hand side menu
3. Click the ‘Edit’ button in the Shipping Address box
4. Enter your new shipping address
5. Be sure to click the checkbox labeled 'Update the Shipping Address used for all future renewals of my active subscriptions (optional)'
6. Click the ‘Save’ button to confirm the changes

If you have not created a Flow shop account before, click the ‘Create or reset your password’ link on the sign in screen to generate a password for the shop. This password is separate to the one used in the Flow app.
