If you are not satisfied with your device, we happily offer a full refund and free return within the first 30 days of your purchase and/or rental (counted from when the device was confirmed to be shipped).
After the first month, we provide free returns for all Flow devices that are purchased directly from our website and are returned from the countries where we are available (EU, UK, Norway, and Hong Kong).

If you have had issues or believe something is wrong with your Flow device please let us know. You may be eligible for a warranty. Information regarding the product warranty can be found here.
To return a rental device, please first cancel your subscription here. By completing this form, your monthly payments will be paused and a return shipping sheet will be emailed to you. Please use this shipping sheet when returning your device and the costs of shipment will be covered by us. Once the device is returned, you will receive a confirmation email and your subscription will be cancelled.

If this is the case, please unmark the email as spam (there usually is a button at the top of an email that allows it to be marked as Spam or Not spam).
