How quickly you notice a change from using Flow can be different for everyone. Just like with medicine, the reason why someone feels depressed can affect how fast and how well the headset works.
From what we know from other Flow users, approximately 77% of Flow users experience a clinical improvement within 3 weeks. But to really understand how much Flow is helping, it might take up to 10 weeks. This is because other things in your life can also affect how you feel.
Every week the Flow app will help you track of how you're doing by asking you to fill out a questionnaire every week, called MADRS. It will show your progress on a graph. The best results come when you consistently use the headset as part of your treatment protocol. Sporadic use of the headset has not been tested or proven effective.
