My headset isn't charging or holding its charge.

Please try charging your headset for at least 1 hour with another USB charger and/or micro USB cable. This would help determine whether it's the charger or the headset battery.

If you are still having issues, you may have unfortunately received a defective device. To initiate and process a warranty claim, please contact support@flowneuroscience.com with the following details:


  1. The email address used for the device purchase and/or the order number.
  2. A detailed description of the problem and troubleshooting steps you have taken
  3. The serial number located below the QR code on the headband.
  4. Your preferred shipping address.


Upon receiving this information, our team will assess the claim and, if covered under warranty, send a replacement headset.
