It takes approximately 1 hour to fully charge the headset. A complete charge should provide power for approximately 10 stimulation sessions. The app and headset do not have a battery level indicator. When a session ends in the app, you will receive a prompt to schedule your next session. If the headset requires charging, you will receive a notification advising you to charge it before the next session.
If your headset lacks sufficient charge during a stimulation session, it can lead to disruptions. If you encounter any issues with the headset, please ensure your headset is fully charged and try again.
