How do I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method in your Flow shop account.

1. Sign into your Flow shop account using your email and password
2. Click the Payment methods tab located on the left-hand side menu
3. Click Add Payment method
4. Enter the details of your new payment method
5. Click the ‘Add payment method’ button to confirm the changes

If you have not created a Flow shop account before, click the ‘Create or reset your password’ link on the sign in screen to generate a password for the shop. This password is separate to the one used in the Flow app.
